This is for Krystyna, who is living vicariously through my having to bring snack to Ben's school.
We have snack tomorrow and I decided to trying something a little fancy... so I'm baking these Angel Food cupcakes from the Jessica Seinfeld Deceptively Delicious cookbook. Will the kids realize they have yellow squash in them? Hrm... we'll see.
There is an icing flavored with orange juice that goes along with them... but given the nature of preschoolers, I might just sprinkle them with powdered sugar and call it good. (though I may make the icing for the leftovers that Tom and I get to eat) ;)One word: Ew.
Another word: SO-not-passable-as-a-cupcake.
