Brian Makes the Blog...

Our friend Brian came by tonight for a visit (and to play a very long, boring Monopolyesque game with Tom and his brothers). He lives in Austin, Texas now, where he is busy getting his PhD in neuroscience. Yeah, he's not kiddin' around... hardcore science nerd, this one. We always save up all of our weird science and medical questions for when he's around.

Anyway, apparently he and his girlfriend read my blog and thought it'd be cool if he made a cameo appearance while in Baltimore. ;)

He insisted upon a picture with Ben standing next to him for scale. Unfortunately, though Ben had finally stopped screaming like a banshee everytime he made eye contact with Brian, he still wasn't quite willing to stand NEXT to him. So here's the best we got.


I'm so glad he stopped by, though I didn't get to visit very long since the guys got right down to their five-hour game and I went to bed. Wish he'd hurry up and get back here so we could all hang out more often. :) (and play Balderdash instead of boring Monopolyesque games)
