My baby is such a little boy now! He has started babbling NONSTOP over the last couple weeks and really seems to think he's making sense. He points to everything now and says, "Dat?" This usually means he wants you to name it. His favorite things to point to are lights, which he calls "Ahduns." (don't ask, we don't know) Lights in the car, lights in the kitchen, lights in the bathroom... even the sun is an "ahdun."*
We think he's also trying to say "gorilla." One of his favorite books has a gorilla in it and he will flip to it, point and say, "gah?" Then he laughs hysterically when we say, "Gorilla!! Oo oo oo!" (we make total fools of ourselves for this kid).
He's busy busy busy. Anyone who spends any time with him will tell you he NEVER. STOPS. MOVING. On the rare ocassion, he will still snuggle, which is the sweetest thing ever.
One more month until the big day! :) I can't believe how fast this year has gone!
*His grandmother swears he also says kitty cat. I think she's hearing things.
