Contractions That Get Me Nowhere...

I was up all night AGAIN last night with contractions ... the worst ones yet... these were mostly in my lower back and were enough to take my breath away for the 45 seconds or so that they lasted. They never got regular though, or particularly worse. So I was just up on and off all night breathing through them. Tom was timing them, but he lost interest after a couple hours and fell asleep. Will this ever end?
