So I took the boys to Panera for lunch this afternoon after their doctor appointment. While eating, Ben was yammering on about football this and football that. (his latest and greatest full-on obsession... JOY!) Simon worked diligently on his grilled cheese lunch until there was a pause in the (one-sided) conversation and then said:
"So, how about we talk about grilled cheese?"

I will have to remember this for when I need a sentence starter in awkward moments..kind of reminds me of Seinfeld saying "I'm thinking of getting a yo-you." during a very serious awkward silence. Aunt Debbie
HOnestly, I'd much rather talk about grilled cheese than football. I too will have to remember this conversation starter... maybe for the next time I'm at a Graff gathering and the conversation turns to politics, the economy or British monarchies.
